Founded in 2007 as a family-run food truck, CJ’s has evolved into a mobile culinary classroom. Today, we empower youth and adults with hands-on training in food truck operations from mastering the art of smoked meats to serving at festivals and private events.
In partnership with Smokehouse Academy, CJ’s has expanded its impact through real-world culinary programs designed to inspire the next generation of chefs, entrepreneurs, and food business leaders.
Our mission is to ignite passion, purpose, and practical skills through culinary education and mobile business training. CJ’s BBQ Cruiser provides youth and adults with the opportunity to learn, lead, and launch their futures one smoked rib and food truck shift at a time.
