AchieveHer / AchieveHim is a dynamic youth mentorship and workforce development program designed to connect students with real-world opportunities across a wide variety of industries. We partner with local businesses, artists, and professionals to give youth hands-on experience in creative, service based, and high demand careers from event planning and t-shirt design to phlebotomy, stationary engineering, and culinary arts.

Our Mission

Our mission is to mentor and empower youth by exposing them to entrepreneurship, hands-on learning, and career development opportunities. Through community collaboration and real-world experiences, we inspire students to explore their talents, gain valuable job skills, and pursue education that leads to long-term success.

What Student's Learn

Creative & Service Careers

Balloon artistry, event coordination, vendor marketing, character entertainment, babysitting, and more.

Entrepreneurship

Students learn to develop small business ideas through projects like t-shirt design, pop-up events, and product sales.

Career Exposure

Exposure to industries like culinary arts, construction, phlebotomy, and stationary engineering through workshops and community internships.
