Youth Culinary Arts Program

The Smokehouse Academy Youth Culinary Arts Program, part of the Broadview Culinary Leadership Collective, provides youth and young adults with hands-on culinary training, leadership development, entrepreneurship skills, workforce preparation, and opportunities to explore careers in the food industry.

Participants will learn culinary techniques, kitchen safety, food preparation, teamwork, professionalism, entrepreneurship, and leadership skills while building confidence and career readiness.
