It’s Her All Rolled Up is more than a mobile ice cream experience it’s a platform for learning, entrepreneurship, and empowerment. Students operate our custom dessert truck and bike, serving rolled ice cream while gaining real-world business experience.

From taking orders and managing money to providing customer service and building confidence, students develop leadership and teamwork skills while having fun with frozen treats.

Our mission is to teach youth the foundations of mobile business ownership while developing essential skills in leadership, financial literacy, customer service, and workforce readiness all through the sweet joy of rolled ice cream.
